TunerPro RT for '93 LT-1

I use TunerPro RT extensively for LT-5 tuning. I've just finished a 1993 Corvette LT-1. Used BAFL BIN and $DA2.XDF and DA2.ADX. No trouble communicating. I was not able to get BLM and INT data when the car went into Closed Loop. They went from 128 to 108 (Min BLM) and 64 (Min INT). When I raised rpm, the BLM and INT would go up, but when I held steady at elevated RPM, the readings would drop back to minimum. Running a wideband O2 Sensor which confirmed AFR dithering in closed loop centered at 14.7.

I suspect an issue with my XDF.. Where should I be looking to solve this? I need BLM data to populate and correct my fuel tables (VE).
