Best tool for tuning Subaru from 1996 to 2023

Hi I'm searching for a tool that covers all Subaru ecu. Can anyone help with a recommendation for a tool?

It supports Legacy®/Liberty®/Outback®/Baja®, Impreza® (incl. WRX + STi), Forester®, Exiga® and Tribeca® starting with model year 1999 up to model year 2009.
