Rental sync mess with the new fleet setup

I finally got the second track car ready but the booking side is a nightmare. I switched to Smoobu lately thinking the channel manager would be faster than Lodgify for the instant sync. Everything looked fine until yesterday when two different drivers booked the same slot while I was out logging runs. Honestly, my comparison of Lodgify and Smoobu so far is making me think the API delay is worse when I have high traffic on the site. I’m no pro at web integration and I’ve tried refreshing the iCal links manually but it’s still lagging a bit. Has anyone else here dealt with this kind of overlap when managing rentals alongside the shop work? I’d love to hear how you guys keep your calendars tight without spending the whole day behind a screen.
