EQE3 .XDF File

I need a *.XDF File for my 2000 Explorer 5.0 ECU. It's an odd ball being as it is its own strategy. Does anyone have one they could e-mail me? EIther that or can someone make me one if I provide them with the *.bin file. I need to disable pats and the automatic transmission functions as well as tune the engine.
